HOUSING

At NJCDC, we are more than just a homebuilder. We aim to transform communities by turning vacant, overgrown lots into thriving neighborhoods. Through our high-quality housing developments, we help to increase property values and create taxpaying assets in the city. Our mission is to revitalize communities by creating beautiful, sustainable, and affordable housing.

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home, and we are committed to providing the necessary resources and support to make that a reality. Our goal is to promote homeownership as a sustainable solution, especially in low-to-moderate-income communities. Becoming a homeowner is a major milestone, and we are proud to be part of the journey with our clients.

Affordable Rentals: The Villages of North Point

We believe that access to quality housing is the key to a happy life. That’s why we’ve made The Villages of North Point accessible to all members of our community. With a low application fee of just $35 and a minimal $10 application per additional adult, we’ve made it affordable for everyone to find their perfect place here. Plus, with a deposit of only $500, you’ll be able to move in without breaking the bank. Our mission is to provide safe and comfortable housing for everyone, and we remain committed to this goal.
